Everyone is replacing their old AC to new Heat Pump as government pushes out energy rebate. I didn’t want to rush into this without conducting thorough research. After comparing multiple companies, I decided to go Air Management Group because of their honesty and professionalism. I had 3-4 consultations with some of the very popular contractors in Ajax / GTA Area. Most of them are selling hard, promoting the fact that you don’t have to pay anything out of pocket and that all fees will be covered by rebates.
However, it’s extremely crucial that you find a company with qualified & skilled technicians to properly install the heat pump. That could be a key determination to how long your new heat pump will last. Research should also be done about different heat pump models that are being offered. I went with mid to top brand, American Standard, despite having to pay some additional money out of pocket. But I think it’s worth it, due to its quality, warranty and after sales services. Leaving me feeling safe and secured about the new heat pump.
My sales representative was Fernando Mirijello and Emmett and Brandon were the technicians that did my install. The technicians were very professional and did an amazing job installing the Heat Pump and setting up my furnace. Air Management’s goal is to focus on quality. If you are not knowledgeable in this field (which most of us are) and also don’t want to stress about the after sales problems, make sure you find a trustworthy company to do the job right! So you can have a peace of mind in the long term. I would recommend calling Air ManagementOur heat pump and our heat pump hot water tank installation has been completed to our satisfaction. The complete system was installed over a two day period. The workers were friendly and efficient and seemed to be motivated to get the work done as scheduled. Fernando the Sales/Service Manager was on site frequently to ensure that the install was being completed without issue. The contractor was also on site as required but was also easily contacted if required when he was offsite. The system has been running for over a month now and we are completely satisfied with its operation. There were a few minor commissioning issues when the system was first started up but the team resolved the issues quickly. Fernando was and has continued to be readily available to answer any questions that we have had and is only minutes away from our location if we require his on site assistance. There is something to be said for having work done and completed by a business that is within our community. I would highly recommend AMG (Air Management Group Inc.) if you are looking to have a Heat Pump installation completed. Fernando took the time and patience to explain how a heat pump system operates, the advantages and the disadvantages of a heat pump system, the rebates that are available for the install etc. As we completed paperwork required to achieve the relevant rebates, we had many questions and Fernando was always readily available to advise, suggest, and educate us on what needed to be done to ensure everything was completed accurately and successfully.
The worksite was left clean and tidy and our old furnace, hot water tank and air-conditioning unit were disconnected and disposed of by the AMG workers.

Our new furnace is installed and operational. Matt is the nicest most articulate caring and careful service person we have ever had in our home. Fernando is great to deal with. We have an older home and a couple of problems came up during the installation because of that. Fernando and Matt dealt with them with grace, ease and respect.
